Acceptance by you of this booking is your acknowledgement that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please ensure you have at least 6 months' validity on your passport from the date of your return and that the first name and surname you provide for your reservation are the same as they appear on your passport. Amendment fees apply to all name changes and sometimes incur cancellation and re-booking fees. Please check your visa condition and passport status before flying to your destinations, even in transit. We do not advise on any sort of visa information about any country.
We recommend that you confirm your flight with the local airline office at least 72 hours (about 6 days) prior to departure. Failure to reconfirm may result in the cancellation of some reservations. For Special request (hotel confirmation, meal and seat preference, special assistance, wheelchair request) are subject to airline confirmation and need to reconfirm from agency at least 72 hours (about 6 days) prior to departure.
Airfares quoted are subject to change, withdrawal or alteration by airlines without notice prior to the final ticketing process being completed. Caravan Travels is not liable for the cancellation of any services, or bankruptcy by third company providers, including all airlines. Caravan Travels is not responsible for any baggage damage, loss or Inflight services during your journey. All these matters need to be addressed directly to Airlines. A frequent-flyer program (FFP) is a loyalty program offered by an airline. Points earned under FFPs may be based on the class of fare, distance flown on that airline or its partners, or the amount paid. Caravan Travels is not responsible for Frequent Flyer redemption. All these matters need to be addressed directly to Airlines.
Caravan Travels strongly recommends travel insurance to protect you from unforeseen circumstances throughout your journey.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold all valid travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) and comply with the entry, exit, transit or other requirements of the countries you are travelling to. You may refuse entry into a country if you do not have the required or valid travel documents. Caravan Travels and our reservation staff will not be liable in any way for any consequences arising out of your not having the required or valid travel documents.
Please check with the respective Embassy or Consulate of each country that you are scheduled to visit, as many destinations require visas for both Australia and NonAustralia Passport holders. It is your own responsibility to ensure all travelers have valid
passports. Any penalties, or extra costs incurred if any documents are not accepted by any authorities will be your responsibility. Please ensure you have at least 6 months’ validity on your passport from the date of your return and that the first name and

Entry Requirements to the USA ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) Guidelines the Government of the United States of America has announced new and more detailed immigration and entry procedures for all travelers who are not citizens of the USA or Canada. If you are eligible, you can apply for and obtain approval under the Visa Waiver Program; or if you are not eligible for the Visa Waiver Program, you must apply for and obtain a visa as per the usual USA visa process. If you wish to travel under the Visa Waiver Program, you must “pre-register” your intention to enter the USA at least 72 hours (about 6 days) prior to your scheduled departure. If you do not obtain approval to travel by one of the above mechanisms, you will not be able to board your flight to the USA. Please visit USA ESTA for more information.
Credit card surcharges apply when paying by credit card. If payment has been made to Caravan Travels by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to claim back from Caravan Travels any credit card surcharges. On MasterCard, Visa and American Express
– 2% (issued by banks) fee applies.
If any ticket has been issued that requires a change, for example to a date, a reissue fee will apply, at a fee of AUD 50 per change plus any date change penalty along with fare difference & tax difference payable to the airline. If travel has commenced or it’s a No Show and ticket requires reissue, airlines may charge additional fees and taxes, or local office fees.
Cancellation of issued ticket – refund process will take up to 2 months. The total cancellation fee includes our service fee of 100 AUD per ticket plus airlines cancellation fees.
An online form must be filled in and submitted for cancellation and refund process.
We are only liable to pay a refund once we receive payment from airlines and for any reason if refund denied/not received from airlines then we are not liable to pay anything.
Partially Utilized tickets are non-refundable.
Non-refundable tickets no amount will be refunded.
Infant tickets are non-refundable.
Refunds on medical grounds are very rarely approved by airlines as such travel insurance is highly recommended.
Deposit Fee of $20.00 is non-refundable. If passengers wish to adjust the deposit fee, then it would be adjusted within 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) of initial booking for the same passenger.
• To safeguard your credit card transaction against any unauthorized deals we may ask for payment verification from the cardholder if one or more of the criteria apply to your booking: –
• If your departure is within 72 hours (about 6 days).
• If you’re travelling one way.
• If booking is equal to or greater than AUD 5000.
• If credit cardholder name is different from the traveler’s name.
• If the departure is outside of Australia.
• Any other criteria that may appear questionable.
• Caravan Travels has the right to cancel any booking that appears fraudulent without any prior
notice. We will cancel the booking and refund the money to the cardholder.
If you are paying through credit card you agree that you will not charge back your credit card payment, if you charge back the credit card for any reason where we had to pay the airlines, hotels or other travel providers on your behalf we reserve the right to recover the debt from you directly or a lawyer and you may also be liable for any legal or collection cost.
